Since 2017, SportsFanStop quality has been built into every product. We will gladly replace a SportsFanStop garment or refund your money if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please feel free to contact our special customer service.

Return Policy

SportsFanStop is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.

For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned.

Please be aware that when you request an exchange, kindly email us.

  • Please include your original order number (the letter number)
  • Please provide instructions (e.g. are you returning this item for a refund or exchange?)
  • If you are exchanging an item, please provide details regarding the items you would like (Style number, color, size, quantity)

Keep your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit
We are not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility
Any order may be delayed pending credit card verification and authorization. In that event, we will not be responsible for any expedited freight charges.

Your credit card will be credited once we receive your goods.

The SportsFanStop Warranty

All SportsFanStop Products have a six month, limited warranty in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials, and workmanship.

Return Procedures

If the products were purchased directly from SportsFanStop.com: Please use the form enclosed with your order to return the product. If you have this form, there is no need to call for a return authorization number. If you do not have this paperwork, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that SportsFanStop is not responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item. It is advised that you send the shipment via a company with tracking capabilities (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service immediately so that we may assist you in covering the cost of returning the item. If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning the item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. After 60 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), contact Customer Service for help in exchanging the item.
